How will the print yield
compare to the original cartridge?
We provide you with a gram weight of toner equal to or greater then the original
toner provided by the manufacturer. The number of pages varies depending upon
the amount of print or graphics displayed on
your pages and the amount of toner needed to print these pages.
OEM new cartridge criteria are always based on a 5% coverage of each page.
How will the quality compare?
You will have the same quality or even better quality. We use only the highest

toner used in your cartridge.
What do I do when the drum of
my cartridge wears out?
The drum in your cartridge will not last forever. The average drum life is
three to four cycles. However, it could last longer and many times does. It
depends on how long you use your equipment uninterrupted. The drum must be in
good condition in order for you to have good print results.
Are all toners the same? Can
I use any toner in my cartridge?
No.
There is a difference in toner composition and thickness. Each toner cartridge
has its own specific toner with its own specific weight. The only common factor
is that all of our toner is "High Quality".
How difficult is the refill
procedure?
The refilling process is not difficult as long as you follow the directions. The
refill process will vary depending upon which type of cartridge you have. There
are four basic types of cartridges refilling methods.
Can I refill the same
cartridge indefinitely?
No nothing lasts forever. Other parts of your printer will eventually wear out.
You have three choices once this happens: 1) buy a new original manufacturer
toner cartridge and pay top dollar; 2) buy a compatible knock-off (non name
brand) cartridge; 3) or purchase an empty completely recycled toner cartridge
that you can fill yourself.
